The loan programs cover the full spectrum of real estate investment strategies: 

  • New Construction: Ground-up financing with builder-ready draws, up to 90% LTC and 75% LTV, with closings in approximately 10 business days. 
  • Fix & Flip: Acquisition and rehab in one loan with fast draws, up to 95% LTC and 75% ARV, closing in 7-10 business days. 
  • Bridge: Short-term capital for acquisitions, refinances, and repositioning, up to 80% LTC and 75% LTV, closing in as fast as 5-10 business days. 
  • DSCR Rental: Rental financing sized to cash flow with no W-2 verification required, up to 80% LTV on purchase and refinance, with 30-year fixed or interest-only options.
