Shaun founded Lendyx to transform private lending by combining the strength of institutional capital with the speed and focus of a direct private lender. He has overseen more than $5 billion in transactions across asset classes and market cycles, bringing unmatched experience in structuring, strategy, and execution.
His vision for Lendyx was built on years of leading Onyx Funding, where he redefined how investors, developers, and operators access capital in competitive markets. Before that, he launched Skyline Marketing, advising fintech and growth-stage companies while leading teams of more than 150 people across three countries. These ventures gave him a global perspective on scaling businesses and a sharp understanding of what it takes to deliver results under pressure.
Shaun’s leadership is defined by urgency, precision, and a relentless focus on client outcomes. At Lendyx, he drives strategy, cultivates capital relationships, and ensures every loan is executed with discipline. For borrowers and brokers, that means a partner who not only funds deals but raises the standard for what direct lending should deliver.
Daniel leads origination and capital markets execution at Lendyx, bringing both institutional expertise and hands-on deal experience. He has closed more than $800 million in transactions, earning a reputation for precision, discipline, and a relentless commitment to client outcomes.
At Onyx Funding, Daniel built a track record of structuring complex capital stacks and working directly with lenders to secure the best terms for investors and developers. In competitive and high-pressure environments, he became known for protecting client interests and ensuring deals reached the finish line.
He started his career at Rialto Capital, where he underwrote over $1 billion in CMBS loans and managed portfolios of distressed and non-performing assets. That institutional foundation, paired with an entrepreneurial perspective from leading business development at Whitewall Media, allows him to approach lending with both rigor and creativity.
At Lendyx, Daniel carries that same mentality forward, serving clients, pushing through obstacles, and ensuring every deal closes with speed and certainty. Daniel holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in International Business from the University of Florida.
Jennifer oversees the processing platform at Lendyx, ensuring loans move efficiently from application through closing. With experience processing thousands of transactions, she provides the discipline and structure that keep deals running smoothly and on time.
She began her career at Douglas Elliman, supporting a top-producing real estate group and developing a foundation in operations and client service. At Onyx Funding, she grew into a leadership role, managing pipelines and building the processes that allowed complex deals to close consistently.
At Lendyx, Jennifer focuses on speed, accuracy, and transparency, giving clients the confidence that their financing will be executed with reliability from start to finish. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.
